A President's Prayer

Dear Lord, with the beginning of each new day please be at the President’s side and whisper Your thoughts into his:

- Counsel him that life is not about keeping score but about experiences we have and choices we make -- choices that guide us to higher levels of living with each decision.
- Guide him in his pursuit of wisdom and knowledge for they are the only things worth obtaining that time cannot erode.
- Remind him that he is a Co-creator with You in the evolution of a world of free people.
- Direct him in remembering that when he formats a decision it could be for the good of all humanity.
- Mold him to be a medium of powerful listening for all people he encounters in his service.
- Enable him to honor the goodness of all people.
- Be his mentor in keeping the possibility for transformation alive in his listening as well as his speaking.
- Bestow upon him the ability to draw from all contributing resources in times of conflict and strife.
- Gift him Your thoughts when working with other world leaders to preserve life.
- Present him with the strength to stand tall at all times for the good of all humanity.
- Award him the knowledge to make correct choices regarding environmental preservations so future inhabitants may enjoy a better life without reservations.
- Reward him with the ability to forgive those who cause him injury either by what they do or say.
- Suggest to him that truth is not black, nor white, nor a fixed dimension, but ever evolving and reshaping as he grows in wisdom and knowledge from his life experiences.
- Enlighten him to be a mentor for the next generation and to guide them in their turn of leadership.
- Teach him that the only true security is to found in the words “In God We Trust.”
- Grant him unconditional love for his fellow man and allow that love to replace any ego that may arise due to his own humanity.
- Most of all give him the ability to give the “gift of possibility” to all he encounters. All too often in our experiences, someone shuts out possibility and something that could have been, doesn’t happen.

Giving the “gift of possibility” allows for things to unfold and take form (including miracles) where once was nothing.
