I fear our life together on earth will be cut short.
Though you may leave me, I’ll find you in my heart.
It matters not so much that our time be measured in time’s length,
But that the love we sow grows and gives us both eternal strength.


For when you leave this earth and me, the one you choose to marry,
I know this time we spend apart will only be temporary.
