He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bucharest, having studied under Professors Stenach and Ciucurence. He emigrated to Israel and was commissioned by the Government of Israel to paint a portrait of the President of Guinea. He also painted portraits of Israeli Prime Ministers and the Vice President of the United States, Nelson Rockefeller. Mr. Liberman passed away in 1977. He was commissioned to paint four scenes of Harvard University to commemorate the University’s 350th Anniversary in 1985.
